There has been a block of rooms reserved for the Ord Family Reunion.  To claim yours follow these instructions.

1. Go to this link:  YMCA Rockies Reservations

2. Click on the Estes Park Center On-line Reservations link.

3. Select the 3rd option: Groups or Family reunions - Click the continue button

4. Enter the Goup Number E30273, and the password 43853 - Click the continue button

5. Continue to make your room reservation by filling out your arrival & departure dates and putting in the nmber of people staying in your room.  Then click Search for available room types".  Select the room type you would like.  The pice will appear at the bottom of the next page.  

To finish the reservation click on "Continue to reserve this room."  you will then fill out information needed for confirmation and asked for a deposit of 35% of your total stay.

When reservation is completed it will give you a confirmation number.  you will also receive an e-mail confirmation.  

If you do not get this confirmation in a timely manner feel free to contact reservations @ 800-777-9622 ext.2 so they can send another copy out to you. 

If you would like to come in early or stay longer, you need to make your on-line reservation first for the dates of the reunion.  Then you will need to call Family reservations @800/777-9622 ext.2 to add the additional nights to your family reunion reservation.  Please have your reservation handy.   

Cancellation Policy

Hope this information helps you finalize your reservations.

If a guest cancels a reservation made from the Group Block, certain rules apply: If they cancel 30 or more days in advance, they will be refunded 75% of their deposit. If they cancel within 30 days of arrival, they will forfeit 100% of their deposit. If that notice is not received, the individual will be charged for the full amount of the lodging portion of their stay.
